AAP workers protest fiercely in Etah, district president placed under house arrest

Etah News: The Agneepath Army Recruitment Scheme was protested in Etah for the second consecutive day on Saturday. The workers of the Aam Aadmi Party raised slogans opposing this plan and demanded the withdrawal of this scheme. On this occasion, he has also given a memorandum addressed to the Prime Minister to Deputy District Officer Ved Priya Arya.

High alert issued in the district
Also on Saturday, a high alert has been issued in Etah regarding the protest against the Agneepath plan of the Army. Etah DM Ankit Kumar Agarwal and SSP Uday Shankar Singh have also taken to the streets with a heavy police force wearing helmets and appealing to the students and youth not to take law in their hands. Meanwhile, Section 144 has been imposed in the entire Etah. Sector scheme has been implemented in Etah.

Police put the party president under house arrest
Also on this occasion, the police put Aam Aadmi Party’s district president Suresh Kumar Verma under house arrest in his office itself.  In addition to this, a program of protest has also been organized by the Samajwadi Party and the Congress. Etah District Officer Ankit Kumar Aggarwal said that the entire district has been alerted about the opposition to the Agneepath scheme. People are being appealed to maintain peace.
