All-caste mass marriage conference held in Bharatpur, renounced Hinduism and took Buddhist oath

Bharatpur News: On the occasion of Constitution Day, the fifth all-caste mass marriage conference was organized by Sant Ravidas Seva Vikas Samiti on Sunday, 21 November in Kumher town of Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. This event was organized in a private marriage garden. During the mass marriage ceremony, all the bride and groom tied in matrimony and the people present on the occasion were converted to Buddhism. Standing on the stage made for the bride and groom in the mass marriage ceremony, the bride and groom and the people present in the mass marriage ceremony were administered the oath by raising their hands.

Taking oath everyone said, "Today, on 20 November 2022, I reiterate and pledge that I will follow these pledges for life. In the first vow, I will never consider Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh as God and I will not worship them. In the second, I will not consider Ram and Krishna as God and I will not worship them. Along with this, I will not believe in any Ganapati etc. any deity of Hindu religion, nor will I worship them. I do not believe that God has incarnated."

further sworn in, "I will never believe that Lord Buddha is an incarnation of Vishnu, I consider such propaganda as false. I will never perform Shradh nor do Pinddaan. I will never say anything against Buddhism. I will not get any ceremony done by Brahmins, I will follow the principle that all human beings are equal. Will not believe in any Hindu deity including Krishna, but will worship Lord Buddha from today."

11 couples got married in the mass marriage conference of Sant Ravidas Seva Vikas Samiti. Discussions about this marriage ceremony and conversion from Hinduism to Buddhism spread throughout the area. Shankar Lal Buddhist told that mass weddings are organized through the path shown by Saint Ravidas and Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar. Marriages are conducted on the principles of Lord Buddha instead of following the so-called religion assigned here.

He said that the truth which had disappeared from the country of India was revived by Bhimrao Ambedkar on the land of Nagpur, the old religion was given to our people with 22 vows. He told that this pledge was given so that no one could mix because the so-called people wanted to mix this religion for their personal interest. 22 vows were given as a shield so that there should be no adulteration in Buddhism.
