MP Crime News: In Madhya Pradesh’s Chhatarpur district, the accused pushed a 24-year-old woman out of a moving train when she resisted an attempt to rape by a passenger. The woman was seriously injured in the incident that took place on Wednesday evening, in which she has suffered injuries on her head and several parts of her body. Jabalpur GRP Superintendent of Police Vinayak Verma said on Friday that he has got a special lead regarding the accused and will arrest him soon.

According to the information given by the woman, there was no other passenger in that coach and the man who had boarded the train made dirty comments on her, then the woman ignored the whole incident, but when the accused started coercing her, the woman slapped him. After this the accused started kicking and punching the woman in the stomach. In order to save herself, the woman hanged holding the handles on the doors of the coach, after which the accused kept hitting her on the palm of the woman till she left the door handle and after that she fell down from the moving train. Later, a railway employee saw the injured woman lying unconscious and informed the police. After which the woman was admitted to the hospital where her condition remains critical.
