Babri demolition case, court gives opportunity to CBI and government to file written objection

Lucknow High Court Bench: The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court on Monday decided the maintainability of an appeal challenging the Special CBI Court’s decision to acquit all 32 accused, including LK Advani, in the Babri Masjid demolition case in Ayodhya. But the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the state government have been given an opportunity to submit their objection.
