BJP’s unique performance, protested against the rising dengue cases in Kolkata by wearing mosquito nets

BJP Protest: BJP organized a unique protest in Kolkata against the Mamta government regarding the increasing cases of dengue in West Bengal. BJP leaders protesting wearing mosquito nets raise slogans against the TMC government. 

A video of the protest surfaced in which BJP leaders are wearing mosquito nets. BJP leader and Leader of Opposition in West Bengal  Shubhendu Adhikari said on Tuesday (22 November) that the Health Minister of Bengal does not come to the assembly. In such a situation, there is no discussion on health and home departments."

Letter written to the central government

Shubhendu Adhikari  At the beginning of this month itself, had written a letter to Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya regarding the rising dengue cases. He wrote in it, “Send a central team of doctors to the place in West Bengal where dengue cases have reached a record level this year.”

Shubhendu Adhikari appealed to Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya in the letter and wrote that I request you to send a central team of doctors and public health experts to monitor the situation and guide the state government in this time of crisis." At the same time, he had claimed that the Mamta government was hiding the figures of death. 

Dengue cases on the rise in Bengal 

Let us tell you that in the beginning of November, more than 5,000 dengue cases were registered in West Bengal, which was the highest after 2019. BJP is protesting against Mamta government regarding this.
