West Bengal: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) requesting his intervention to release the amount of MNREGA and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). She is not even able to pay wages for the month.

He underlined that West Bengal has been at the top position in the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana since 2016-17 and more than 32 lakh houses have been constructed so far.
