Ingredients needed to make Eggplant Cutlets 

  • 4 eggplant
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • French Beans Finely Chopped
  • grated ginger
  • green chillies chopped
  • 1 onion
  • bread crumbs
  • Green Coriander Chopped
  • mint leaf
  • Garam Masala
  • Aamchur Powder
  • oil for frying
  • Salt

How to make Brinjal Cutlets
First of all, to make Brinjal Cutlet, wash and wipe the brinjal then cut it and keep it in a separate vessel. Now cut potatoes and French beans and carrots into fine pieces. Now heat a wok and add oil to it. Now put all the vegetables in it and fry it by adding salt. When the vegetables become soft after frying, then turn off the gas and take out the vegetables and cool them.
