Haryana Crime News: A case of rape with a 7-year-old innocent girl has come to light in Rewari, Haryana. In this case, the minor accused seduced the girl and took her with him and then carried out the heinous incident (minor raped ). Rewari City Police has registered a case against the accused and arrested him.

The latest update in this case is that a 7-year-old girl of a family living on rent in a colony of Rewari city was at home on Tuesday. That’s why the 16-year-old minor accused, who worked as a scrap dealer nearby, coaxed him and took him with him. As soon as the accused took her home, he gagged her and raped her. On shouting, the accused fled from the spot. The girl reached home crying and informed the family about the whole incident. The relatives of the victim girl immediately informed the Rewari police about this. 

Case registered against the accused under POCSO Act 

On the information of the family members of the victim girl, Rewari City Police took immediate action in this matter and registered a case against the accused under sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code, POCSO Act and SC ST Act. Rewari Police is engaged in further action in this matter. 

Accused arrested

According to Rewari City DSP Amit Bhatia, the accused is a resident of Alwar district of Rajasthan. He lives with his brother-in-law near the house of the victim girl. The brother-in-law of the accused runs a scrap shop there. At present, after arresting the accused, the police has sent him to the Child Improvement Home in Faridabad. Let us tell you that even on September 14, the incident of rape of a seven-year-old innocent girl student came to light in Rewari. In this case, a seven-year-old innocent student became a victim of cruelty while returning home from school. When the condition became serious, the student was admitted to the trauma center. In this case, on October 19, after registering the case, the police arrested the accused. In this case, the complaint of rape was received late by the family members.
