West Bengal New Governor: Dr. CV Anand Bose will take oath as the Governor of West Bengal on 23 November in Kolkata. On Thursday, Dr. CV Anand Bose was appointed as the Governor of West Bengal by Rashtrapati Bhavan. Earlier, 71-year-old Dr. Anand Bose was an advisor to the Government of Meghalaya. Dr Bose’s appointment comes months after former West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar was elected Vice President in August.
