Delhi Fire: Massive fire breaks out in building near Mundka metro station, scorching 27 dead

Mundka Fire Latest Updates: A massive fire broke out in a building near Mundka metro station in west Delhi on Friday evening, killing 27 people. According to fire department officials, the information about the fire was received at around 4.40 pm after which 24 fire tenders were sent to the spot. The fire was brought under control around 1 pm. Delhi Fire Service officials said that eight injured are being treated at the hospital.

Prime Minister on the incident of fire , Home Minister Amit Shah, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi have expressed grief. PM Modi said, “I am deeply saddened by the death of people due to the massive fire in Delhi. My condolences are with the bereaved families. I wish the injured a speedy recovery.”
