Tarak Mehta’s Mahila Morcha in a field against Asit Modi, now Bawri vented her anger- ‘Like a dog…’

Mumbai. The TV serial ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, which has been entertaining the audience for years, is in discussion these days for other reasons. Jennifer Mistry, who plays Roshan Sodhi in the show, is in the news after the fee dispute with Shailesh Lodha, who plays the lead role of Tarak Mehta in the show. Jennifer has opened a front against the producer of the show, Asit Modi. The actress has accused him of sexual harassment. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah star Monica Bhadauria, who is known for playing the role of Bawri in the show, has made some shocking allegations against the comedy show’s producer Asit Kumar Modi. Monica has claimed that she was misbehaved on the sets of the show. This claim of the actress has come when Jennifer Mistry, another actress of Tarak Mehta, has also accused Asit of sexual harassment.

Monika Bhadoria said in a conversation with Hindustan Times- ‘Even after three months of leaving the show in 2019, she did not get her dues of Rs 4 to 5 lakhs. He (Asit Modi) has withheld the money of every artist – be it Raj (Anadkat), Gurucharan (Singh) bhai or anyone else. They stop the money of artists just to torture them. Whereas, they do not have shortage of money.

Monica has described her experience of working in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah as hell. Monica said that when her mother was admitted to the hospital for her cancer treatment, she did not even show sympathy. She says- “I used to spend the night in the hospital and they used to call me early in the morning for the shoot. Even if I say that my mental state is not right, they force me to come. The worst thing was that even after coming to the shoot, I used to wait, I did not have any work.
