Mumbai. ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has been embroiled in controversies for the past several days. Recently, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, who plays Mrs. Roshan Singh Sodhi in the show, accused producer Asit Kumar Modi and 2 others of sexual harassment. Everyone is surprised by this revelation of Jennifer. After Jennifer, actress Monika Bhadauria, who plays ‘Bawari’ in the show, has made new shocking allegations against Asit Modi. After making the allegations, Monika gave an interview to News18 Shosha and talked about Disha Vakani leaving the show.
Disha Vakani was playing the character of Daya Jethalal Gadha in ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’. She took maternity leave in the year 2017 and later left the show. Monica Bhadoria told that Disha does not want to return to the show. He said, “I don’t think anyone wants to return to this show. She doesn’t want to come back. I think so.”
Monica Bhadoria further said, “She (Disha Vakani) is not coming back. She was the lead of the show. He has been missing for so many days. Don’t you think he (Asit Kumar Modi) must have tried very hard to get her back? But she doesn’t want to come back.” Monica further claimed that Asit Kumar Modi might have misbehaved with Disha as well.
Monika Bhadoria further said, “Asit Kumar Modi treats everyone equally. He must have misbehaved with Disha Vakani as well. But she never took it seriously. She used to let things go. ‘Let it go’, ‘let it go’ and don’t know what.”
Monika Bhadoria said that right now the people working in the show are not speaking against Asit Kumar Modi because his house runs from that show. More than half of the artists who were there earlier have left and the rest will leave soon. He said, “They are earning money from that show..how can they say anything about that show? Those who are now a part of the show will never speak. But one day, he too will leave the show.”
