Former IAS CV Anand Bose will take oath as the Governor of Bengal on Wednesday, know everything about him

West Bengal New Governor: CV Anand Bose (71) will take oath as the new Governor of West Bengal on Wednesday (November 23).  Bose, who was named the new Governor of West Bengal on November 17 in Kolkata, has reached Kolkata on Tuesday (November 22) morning to take oath at Raj Bhawan. Prior to this, Anand Bose was an advisor to the Government of Meghalaya.

CV Anand Bose has written 40 books including novels, poems and essays in English, Hindi and Malayalam. According to The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, many of his books have been best sellers. Along with this, he has also received Jawaharlal Nehru Fellowship.

Bose has been the first fellow of Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration Mussoorie. Along with Bose, he was also the chairman of the working group which prepares the development agenda for the Modi government. The same Affordable Housing  for all i.e. cheap houses which the central government later adopted.
