The Ghulam Nabi Azad-led Democratic Azad Party (DAP) has accused regional parties of mob begging for the success of the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir. 

The DAP president expelled him from the party – Chib 

DAP general secretary and former minister RS ​​Chib said in a statement, "People around Rahul Gandhi are misleading him with facts and ground reality. The reality is that the DAP has wiped out the Congress in Jammu and Kashmir." Referring to former deputy chief minister Tara Chand and ex-MLA Balwan Singh, who returned to the Congress, Chib said they were expelled from the party by the DAP president along with former minister Manohar Lal Sharma.

Chib claimed, Manohar Lal Sharma hold on to his assembly, he later rejoined the DAP. He said, Tara Chand and former MLA Balwan Singh do not have any political hold.
