Gonda News: On November 4, in the case of theft of about 50 lakhs in the house of a big drug dealer in Rani Bazar of Kotwali Nagar area of Gonda (Gonda), the police arrested the accused who lived 10 steps away. Abhay Kumar Gupta has been arrested. The police have recovered the stolen jewelery worth 47 lakhs and arrested two accused. In fact, the jewelery and cash of ancestors kept in the bathroom of Shravan Gupta, a resident of Rani Bazar, Gonda, were stolen under suspicious circumstances.

This incident took place when the drug dealer had gone to Baba Baijnath Dham Jharkhand on 4 November with his husband, wife and children. At that time elder daughter and younger daughter were present in his house. After returning from Baba Baijnath Dham, when he went to see the jewelery kept in the bathroom, the lock was broken and after that he gave a written notice in Kotwali Nagar. Acting after this, the police have arrested the main accused along with his accomplice.
The most surprising thing is that the one who has been accused of theft, lives just 10 steps away from the victim’s house. At present, the police, while disclosing the entire incident, recovered all the jewelery worth about Rs 47 lakh, arrested the main accused Abhay Kumar Gupta and associate criminal Akhilesh Tiwari and sent them to jail, jewelery has been recovered from them.< /p>
Police arrested the accused
CO City Laxmikant Gautam told that Shravan Kumar Gupta came to the police station and informed that Baba Baijnath Dham had gone to Jharkhand on November 4 and kept all his jewelery in the room. They had kept it in a black bag inside the attached bathroom. On coming back, he found that the lock of the bathroom door was broken and all the jewelery was missing. On this information, an indictment was registered in the police station Kotwali Nagar under the relevant sections, in which the accused Abhay Kumar Gupta has been arrested. Along with this, jewelery has also been recovered.
