Android 13: What New Features Comes With, the Android 13 update includes a new permissions setting that lets you manage which apps send you notifications. This includes improved permission settings for sharing with nearby devices. This includes the all-new ‘Material U’ design language element, which lets you match app icon colors to themes and select pre-app text, among other things.
