Gujarat Election 2022: Case filed against three BJP leaders under SC/ST Act in Gujarat

Gujarat Election 2022: Gujarat Assembly Elections Between 2022, a case has been registered against three leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under the SC/ST Act. This case has been registered in Dabhoi of Vadodara. Akash Patel, DSP (ST/SC Cell) of Vadodara Rural, said that a tribal youth named Dharmesh Tadvi had accused some people of insulting him on Monday. Dharmesh Tadvi alleged in his complaint that these leaders deliberately insulted him and intentionally hurt him and made casteist remarks against him.

Controversy over repairing street lights 
Youth Dharmesh Tadvi said that elected BJP leaders of Dabhoi Municipal Corporation including Biren Shah, Vishal and Amit Solanki. They have given him money for electricity of street lights and other repair work. Dharmesh did not get the desired amount for his work, being unhappy with which he contacted Mehulbhai Tadvi, the president of BJP’s tribal cell. Mehulbhai Tadvi asks everyone to return Dharmesh’s money.

He was beaten up for recording
There, when Dharmesh Tadvi went near Biren Shah to take his money and contacted him. Meanwhile, a friend of Dharmesh Tadvi was recording this transaction, which angered Biren Shah. Biren Shah then thrashed the youth, Dharmesh Tadvi, and threatened him that once the assembly elections were over, he would not allow Dharmesh to do his roadside work. 

Tell that assembly elections are about to be held in Gujarat, due to which there is an election atmosphere there. Voting will be held in two phases for the 182 seats in the state, in which the first phase will be held on December 1 and the second phase on December 5. And the election results will come on December 8. On the other hand, in Gujarat elections, all the parties have given their full strength in election campaign and management.
