‘Hand of international forces in the farmers’ movement’, alleges MSP committee member Krishna Veer Choudhary

Bharatpur News: MSP committee member Krishnaveer Chaudhary, who reached Bharatpur, has told the hand of international forces in the farmers’ movement. Krishnaveer, a member of the committee formed by the Government of India to guarantee the minimum support price, put forth many things in a conversation with the press today. Krishnaveer said that seeing the condition of Punjab, the government withdrew the agricultural laws of the country. He told that Punjab is a border state. Seeing the situation in Punjab, he was also scared. The problem of Punjab would have become a big problem for India. He alleged that Punjab was being spoiled by misguidance and Punjab had to be saved from misfortune. So the purpose of withdrawing agricultural laws was Punjab only because nation comes first.

94 percent of the farmers of the country do not get the benefit of support price because 86 percent of the farmers have less than 2 acres of land in the country. He asked what crime did the farmers of less than 2 acres of land have committed? They should also get  share in the market. He said that today the business of fruits, vegetables and milk in the country is in 23-24 crores. The condition of the farmers who grow vegetables in the country is bad. 265 types of crops are grown in India and only 23 crops we fix the support price. Only 6 percent farmers get the benefit of support price.
