Health Tips: Are you troubled by foot pain? Relief from these home remedies

Leg Pain Relief: Nowadays the style of working in homes is such that one has to work standing for hours. In such a situation, women are most troubled by foot pain. Earlier, elderly people used to complain of joint pain only at the age of 50, but nowadays due to lifestyle and not taking the right diet, there is a complaint of pain in the feet and joints only at the age of 30. Many times children also start having pain in their feet due to excessive play and play. When the body relaxes while sleeping at night, the pain intensifies. In such a situation, if you are also troubled by the pain in the feet, then you can adopt these home remedies.  

1- Massage with Mustard Oil- Massaging the feet gives maximum relief when there is pain in the feet. Before sleeping at night, massage well with mustard oil. Mustard oil contains elements that provide relief in foot pain. For this, take some mustard oil in a bowl and heat it lightly. Now massage the feet thoroughly with this oil. Now cover the feet with a warm cloth. This will give a lot of relief.  

2- Fenugreek water- Use fenugreek to get relief in foot pain. Fenugreek contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory elements, which relieve pain. For this, put 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds in 2 glasses of water and soak it overnight. Now drink this water on an empty stomach in the morning. Your pain will go away in a few days. 

3- Apple Cider Vinegar- Use Apple Cider Vinegar to get relief from pain. It contains ingredients called analgesics. Which reduces swelling of the feet and also gives relief in foot pain. For this, you have to take 1 cup of lukewarm water, add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey to it. Now drink this water on an empty stomach in the morning. 

4- Hot and Cold Compress- You can use this method to get relief in any kind of pain. Hot and cold compress will also give relief in foot pain. For this, you can compress your feet with hot water or apply ice pack. You have to do this at least 2-3 times. This will give relief in pain.
