Health Tips: Your child is falling ill again and again, is there any reason for swimming?

Swimming Pool Precaution:  Infection can occur if water enters the nose, ears and throat due to swimming. Also, drinking chlorine water can also cause stomach related diseases. Swimming is a fun activity to keep engaged during the summer season, but just take care of a few things so that you or your child does not get sick after swimming.  

1-First of all, take great care that the chlorine water from swimming does not go into the mouth, older people can avoid it themselves, but give instructions to small children again and again. Especially children from 3 to 10 years of age do not have much sense and they get water in their mouth many times during swimming. Children younger than 3 years should not be immersed in water, but let them play with floating tubes on the shore.  

2- Swimming is such an activity in which it is not known how much fatigue is happening. If children are in the pool for more than 1 hour, then give them water in between. Also, keep in mind that they should not swim so much so that there is no exercise in the body. Try not to swim in a lot of sun and even in the morning when the water is very cold, then do not make children swim 

3- Wear good quality glasses while swimming. It does not water the eyes and reduces redness or irritation in the eyes. But also keep in mind that if you go into the water, wear goggles and keep it on your head when you come out of the water, otherwise it can be eye strain due to wearing glasses continuously. 

4- Water in the ears is also a big reason for infection. Take yourself and the children in the water wearing good quality earbuds. If still more water goes into the ear, then pat on the other side to lower the ear in that direction. If the child complains of water filling in the ear or has a feeling of silence in the ear, then take it to the doctor

5- Chlorine water can also cause skin problems. To avoid this, it is most important that after swimming, take a bath with an anti-bacterial soap. Also, before going to the swimming pool, definitely apply a good sunscreen or any herbal body lotion. You can also apply coconut oil if nothing is available.
