Hot And Sour Soup: This hot and sour soup will make you feel warm in winter, make hotel-like soup at home, this is the recipe

Soup Recipe: Be it hot tea or hot hot soup, if it is accompanied in the harsh winter, then this season does not seem less than a party. So today we have brought one such recipe for you which will make you feel warm in winter. This is the same soup which you order first when you go to a hotel or restaurant. But if you want hotel taste at home, then we are going to tell you very easy and tasty recipe of hot and soup. This Chinese hot and sour soup is the best option for winters. This soup is made by adding lots of vegetables and you can serve it with noodles on top. Surely everyone from kids to adults will enjoy this soup. 
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 4 tbsp chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 2 tbsp chickpea sprouts
  • 1 button mushroom
  • 1/4 capsicum 
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups veg stock
  • 1 tbsp green chili sauce 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • salt aaas needed
  • White Pepper Powder
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • chopped green onions
  • 4 tablespoons water
How to make Hot and Sour Soup 
  1. Put refined oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Next, chopped onion,  Add chopped mushrooms with celery.  Fry them for some time and then add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook it till a nice smell of garlic starts coming.
  2. Once done, give it a good mix and add finely chopped capsicum, carrot, french beans, sprouts, spring onions and chopped cabbage. Fry all the ingredients till all the vegetables become soft. Now cut the bamboo shoots into small pieces and put them in the pan.  Fry all the ingredients well and mix them all.
  3. Once slightly soft, add veg stock to the pan along with sugar, green chili sauce, vinegar and soya sauce. Keep it running continuously.
  4. Pour lukewarm water in another bowl and add cornstarch to it. After this, put the mixture in a pan with veg stock. Keep stirring it continuously until the soup becomes thick. Add salt and white pepper powder as per your taste. Once the consistency of the soup is as per your liking, transfer it to a soup bowl  Pour in and serve hot with a garnish of spring onions.
