These things are needed to make Soya Pulao-
Soya Chunks-1 cup
Rice – 2 cups
Salt – as per taste
Cumin – tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Oil – as per need
Onion – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Coriander – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Easy way to make Soya Pulao-
-To make Soya Pulao, first you take 2 cups of rice and wash it thoroughly with water.
-After this Put rice and water in the cooker and close the cooker lid.
-After this let the rice cook for one whistle.
– Boil the soya big or soya chunks first. For this, boil water and soya in a pot and boil it. Let it warm After this add cumin seeds to it.
– After this, add onion and fry till it becomes light golden brown.
-When onion becomes golden brown then add rice and soya in it.
-After this Put black pepper, salt on top.
-Now mix all these well.
-Now let this pulao cook for at least 6 to 8 minutes.
-When If you feel that the casserole is completely cooked, then switch off the gas.
-Your Tasty and Healthy Soya Pulao is ready.
