Ramadan 2022 Iftar Recipe: The holy month of Ramadan is going on. Ramadan of the year 2022 will start from April 2 and will run till May 2. The month of Ramadan is considered very holy. In this month, Muslims all over the world fast and worship Allah. It is believed that on those who keep fasting this month, the worries of people’s life end and happiness comes in life. According to Islamic beliefs after fasting for the whole day, they break their fast by eating dates in the evening. In such a situation, if you are going to organize an Iftar party at your home in the month of Ramadan, then you can make a very tasty dish told by us at your home.
These things are needed to make Khajhoor Barfi-
Dhajur – 1 cup
Coconut-2 tsp (grated)
Cashew-5-6 (finely) Chopped)
Almonds-5-6 (finely chopped)
Pistachios-5-6 (finely chopped)
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Milk- 250 g
Ghee – 2 spoons
How to make Date Barfi-
-To make this recipe, first take the dates and separate them all in the middle.
-After this it is cut into small pieces. Cut it and soak it in milk and leave it for at least 2 hours.
– When the dates swell well in the milk, take it out and grind it and keep it aside.
– After this, put the non stick pan on the gas. And add 2 spoons of ghee to it.
– After this, after the ghee is heated, add date paste and sugar to it.
– After this keep stirring it continuously till the date paste stops sticking in the pan. .
-Then add milk and khoya to it.
-Then last add all the dry fruits like almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts.
-In the last add cardamom powder and dry coconut.
-After this, decorate it in a plate and leave it for a while
-After this cut it into the shape of barfi.
– Serve it after cooling.
-Your date barfi is ready which you Iftar party can be served to the guests.
– Guests will be very happy after eating this tasty dish.
