India close to creating history in Thomas Cup, Lakshya Sen won the first match

Lakshya Sen Wins Thomas cup mens single: Thomas Cup Badminton 2022 final match is being played at Impact Arena, Bangkok. Here India’s Lakshya Sen made a strong start. He defeated Indonesian player Anthony Sinisuka Ginting 8-21, 21-17 and 21-16 in the first match. Lakshya got the victory in this match in one hour and five minutes on the basis of his strong performance. With this win, India has taken a 1-0 lead. Here the team winning the first three matches in the Best of 5 will be declared the champion.

Lakshya lost to the Indonesian player by a huge margin in the first game. Ginting won the first game 8-21. But after this the Indian badminton player made a great comeback. Lakshya showed quickness to win the second game 21-17. Whereas in the third game, he looked dominating. Lakshya beat Ginting 21-16 in the third game.

Lakshya has won the men’s singles match. His victory is a big achievement for India. On the other hand, the pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty are on the court in men’s doubles. The Indian pair is facing Mohammad Ahsan and Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo. In the quarter-finals, players of both the teams won their respective matches.
