India to debut in Moto GP, event to be held in 2023; Name will be Bharat Grand Prix

Bharat Grand Prix 2023 Moto GP: India will host the first Moto Grand Prix World Championship race next year at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, known as the ‘Grand Prix of India’. The name has been given. Dorna, the owner of the commercial rights to the Moto Grand Prix and the Noida-based race promoter ‘Fairstreet Sports’ signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday to host the premier two-wheeler racing competition in India for the next seven years. Business will get a boost. The promoter of the tournament gave this information in a release. It said, ‘‘Moto Grand Prix planned for ‘Moto E’ Which will not only be the first in Asia but also to launch a total ‘Zero Carbon Emission’. With this will be the first green initiative. ’’

Buddha International Circuit will host the Moto Grand Prix race where the Formula One Indian Grand Prix was held from 2011 to 2013 but was called off due to financial, income tax and bureaucratic constraints .
