India took a 2-1 lead in the fourth test
India’s first innings was also reduced to 191 in the fourth test played at the Oval and England scored 99 on the basis of the first innings. The run lead was taken. But in the second innings, thanks to Rohit Sharma’s century, India scored 466 runs. In reply, chasing the target of 368 runs, the English team was all out for 210 runs. In this way India won the match by 157 runs.
