IPL 2022: Butler created history against Bangalore, became the first player from England to achieve this feat

A century in IPL 

Earlier, Butler became the first batsman to score a century in this season. During this, he became the fourth English player to score a century in the IPL. Apart from this, he became the second England player to score two centuries in the IPL. Before him, Ben Stokes has also scored two centuries in IPL. 

Rajasthan put up a strong score 

 Rajasthan Royals scored 169 for three against Royal Challengers Bangalore with a half-century from opener Jos Buttler (70 not out) and his 83-run partnership for the fourth wicket with Shimron Hetmyer (42 not out). Apart from these two, Devdutt Padikkal contributed 37 runs for Rajasthan. David Willey, Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva and Harshal Patel took one wicket each for RCB.
