Jyotiraditya Scindia said – Passengers made this complaint about SpiceJet – we will get the investigation done

Passengers Complained To Jyotiraditya Scindia: Air passengers angry over additional fee of Rs 200 per ticket charged at SpiceJet Airlines check in counter Media) has exploded. SpiceJet passengers took out their anger on the Twitter platform of social media and tweeted, tagging Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. On the other hand, Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, while replying to the tweets of the passengers, agreed and said that the matter will be investigated.

After the complaints of the passengers, Union Minister J‍Yotiradit‍Y Scindia has asked for an inquiry into the complaints related to additional charges for boarding passes on behalf of the airlines. Some people on Twitter, complaining about this extra charge of Pice Jet, wrote tagging the Union Minister on Twitter, to this tweet Scindia replied, ‘Agree with you. Will get it checked soon‍the"text-align: justify;">

Many users on Twitter also wrote that there are many airlines in the country that insist on ‘web check-in’ and charge extra fees from passengers who are unable to do so. Not only this, some airlines are also charging those passengers who take boarding pass at the airport counter. The cost of check-in at the airport counter is Rs 200 per ticket. Many users complained that apart from SpiceJet, another airline company IndiGo has done the same thing. All these users have said in one vote that this is injustice to the consumers.

SpiceJet in discussion about Durgapur landing 
Just a few days ago, SpiceJet was also in discussion about this matter, when its aircraft air turbulence during landing at Durgapur airport in Bengal. Due to which there was a disturbance and during this time the luggage kept on the plane fell on the passengers, due to which 17 people were injured, out of which the condition of two became critical. Of these, 14 were passengers and 3 crew members. Most of the injured suffered injuries to the neck, spine, shoulders and forehead.
