Food For Kids Height: If children do not get the right diet since childhood, then the height is affected. Immunity is strengthened by good food and children stay away from diseases. If the child falls ill frequently, then it also affects the height. In such a situation, food rich in nutrients is necessary for the proper development of the child. You should include such things in the food of the child, which will increase its height and make the mind sharp. These 5 things must be included in the diet of the child. 

1- Milk- Milk is the most important food for the child. Milk contains protein, calcium and other nutrients. Children who help in all round development. Drinking milk affects both the health and height of the child. To increase the height, give milk to the child at least 2 times. 

2- Soybean- To increase the height of the child, you should feed protein rich things in the diet. You must definitely include soybeans in the diet of the child. Soyabean strengthens bones. Soybeans contain amino acids and many other nutrients. 

3- Eggs- Feed the child one egg daily. By feeding the egg, the child gets protein, riboflavin, biotin and iron. Due to which the physical and mental development of the child is good. 

4- Green vegetables- You should also include green leafy vegetables in children’s food. You can include spinach, cabbage, kale and broccoli in the food. These vegetables contain micronutrients, due to which the physical development of the child is good. These vegetables contain calcium, which strengthens bones. 

5- Dryfruits and Nuts- You must include nuts in the child’s diet. You can feed them dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, raisins, dates and figs. Nuts are called the powerhouse of nutrients. They contain vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, proteins and omega-3 fatty acids, which promote good bone health.
