Ingredients for making Apple Marmalade

  • 1 kg apple
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 2 lemon 
  • Half tsp cardamom powder 

Apple Murabba Recipe

  • To make apple marmalade, you have to wash and peel the apple. 
  • The color of apples turns black as soon as they are cut, so you leave them immediately after putting them in water.
  • Now take a vessel in which all the apples come and get immersed in water, fill this much water in the vessel. 
  • When the water starts boiling, you put all the peeled apples in it and cook till the apples become soft. 
  • Now take out the apple from the water and put sugar in this water, from which you have to prepare the syrup. 
  • To make sugar syrup, you have to take 3-4 cups of water in 1 kg of sugar. 
  • To make apple marmalade, sugar syrup has to be made of 2 strings. After adding apple, you have to cook it till the syrup becomes thick like honey.
  • Delicious apple marmalade is ready, you can keep it in the fridge and eat it for 2 months.
