These things are needed to make Makhana Aloo Sabzi-
Aloo-2 (chopped)
Makhana-2 cup
Makhana-1 cup
Coriander Leaves-1 Finely Chopped
Tomato-2 (Finely Chopped)
Onion-2 (Finely Chopped)
Red Chilli Powder- tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
cumin – half tsp
garam masala – half tsp
water – half cup
salt – as needed
oil – as needed

How to make Makhana Aloo Sabzi-
-To make Makhana Aloo Sabzi, first take a pan and roast Makhane and one spoon of ghee in it.
– After this, when the makhana becomes crispy, take it out.
– After this, put oil in the pan and add cumin seeds.
– After this add onions and green chilies and fry it.
-When onions If it turns golden, add tomatoes.
-After this add potatoes and cook for at least 10 minutes.
-After this add all the spices like turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala.
-Fry all these spices well.
-Then add Makhana and water to it.
-Add salt to taste.
-Add coriander leaves at the end.
-Your Makhana Aloo Sabzi is ready.
-Serve it with roti or rice.
