To make Matar Kulcha-
To make Peas-
White Peas – 1 cup (soaked)
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
onion-1 cup
tomato-1 cup
chat masala-1 tsp
Salt-as per taste
Black salt-as per taste
Lemon-1 tsp

These things are needed for making kulcha-
maida-2 cup
sugar-1 tsp
oil-1 tsp
baking soda-1 tsp< br />Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Yogurt – cup
salt – as per taste

How to make peas-
1. First of all, soak white peas overnight  
2. Waking up in the morning, boil the peas with water and salt.
3. After this, when the peas are cooked, add all the spices and onions, tomatoes etc. to it.
4. Lastly mix lemon juice.
5. Garnish the mix by adding coriander leaves on top.

How to make Kulcha-
1. Add baking soda and powder to the flour.
2. After this add curd, sugar, salt, water and oil.
3.< /strong> After this, knead the dough.
4. After this, cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes.
5. After this Make a ball of dough and put cumin and carom seeds in it.
6. After that add some water to it and bake it.
7. When it is cooked If you go, apply ghee or butter in it.
