Lemon should not be added to which salad

According to Ayurveda, lemon should never be mixed with cucumber and tomato. If you are including cucumber and tomato in the salad, do not make the mistake of adding lemon to it.     

Should salt be added to salads?

It is believed that adding salt to the salad increases its taste. But let us tell you that doing so can prove to be harmful for health. This is because the amount of sodium in salt is high and if you add salt to the salad, then the amount of sodium in the body can increase. Adding white salt to salad can cause many diseases. This can cause the problem of high blood pressure. Doctors also always forbid that salt should never be added to the food. Blood pressure will not only increase due to this, there can also be a deficiency of calcium in the body and even more bones can also become weak.
