Poha or Rice? What is more beneficial for health and why?

Poha vs Rice: Poha is the first choice of most people as a morning breakfast. Since many nutrients are present in it, it can fulfill the needs of every person. According to a report published in Consumer Reports, excessive consumption of arsenic can cause skin, nervous system and lung problems.

Poha is rich in fiber. 100 grams of Poha contains 2 to 4 grams of fiber. While 100 grams of poha contains about 70 grams of healthy carbohydrates. It is not polished like rice. Blood sugar level can also be controlled by eating Poha.

Good source of iron

Since poha is rich in iron, people suffering from anemia must include it in their food diet. Because it can remove the lack of blood in the body. If you add a little lemon juice to the poha, it will make it easier to absorb iron. 

Easy to digest

Poha is very healthy for the stomach. There is no difficulty in digesting it. It is also low in calories, so people who are trying to lose weight can eat poha.
