This is the reason why it can prove helpful in reducing cholesterol. 

Not only this, potassium, iron, magnesium, vitamin A and vitamin C are also found in good quantity in this vegetable. Due to the presence of Vitamin A, this vegetable is considered better for the health of the eyes. It contains 95 percent water, which works to keep the body hydrated. Along with this, the presence of fiber is also a reason which makes this vegetable beneficial for health.

You can include this vegetable in your food in different ways. You can also make Zucchini Paratha, the recipe of which is as follows:-

To make Zucchini Paratha, first grate one Zucchini and one carrot well. Then put a little salt on the grated zucchini and keep it aside for a few minutes. After some time, squeeze the zucchini and take out all the water. Then take a big bowl and take half a cup of gram flour and one cup of wheat flour in it. After this, add finely chopped green chillies,  ginger paste, cumin powder, chilli flakes, zucchini, carrots and salt as per taste. Mix all these things well and knead it like dough and keep it covered for some time. Now make balls out of it and roll it and put it on a hot griddle and then apply ghee and bake it well. Now your hot zucchini paratha is ready.
