UP News: Vijay Mishra, former MLA from Bhadohi’s Gyanpur, is not taking the name of reducing difficulties. Vijay Mishra’s land worth about 11 crores has been attached at Pathraha Lalganj in Mirzapur district. Land of more than 26 bighas has been attached on the orders of District Magistrate Bhadohi Gaurang Rathi.
Register land attachment in the name of son-daughter-in-law
Superintendent of Police Anil Kumar told that attachment action was taken under the sections of the Gangster Act. Vijay Mishra is currently lodged in jail and has a total of 83 cases registered against him for serious crimes including murder, robbery, kidnapping, gangrape, assault, property grabbing, forgery, extortion. It is being told that Vijay Mishra had got the land in the name of his family and relatives with the money earned from criminal activities. Using his influence, the land was registered in the name of son, daughter-in-law and sister-in-law at a low price. The estimated cost of which has been fixed at Rs 10 crore, 92 lakh, 71 thousand.
