‘No one benefits from violence’, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s statement after the incidents in the country

Mohan Bhagwat on Language Row: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Thursday said violence does not benefit anyone and stressed the need to bring all communities together and protect humanity. . Bhagwat’s statement comes in the backdrop of recent clashes between different groups in several parts of the country. Bhagwat also underlined the need to establish a Sindhi University in the country to ensure the existence of Sindhi language and culture.

He said, ‘‘Be it the government or any other, it works on the pressure of the society. Social pressure is like petrol for the government. If you want to see your dream of Sindhi University come true then you need to put pressure on this government.’’ On this occasion Jagatguru Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati Maharaj said, ‘‘Akhand Bharat is the dream of everyone in the country and this dream is definitely the Prime Minister will be realized during the tenure of Narendra Modi.’’
