Noida: Bouncers will no longer be seen in any bar and restaurant, know what will be the new rules

UP News: In Garden Galleria Mall, Noida Sector-39, a young man was hit by bouncers so much that he died before reaching the hospital. After this the license of Lost Lemon Bar of Garden Galleria was canceled. Taking this matter seriously, the Excise Department, Police Commissioner and District Magistrate have taken a joint decision in the district. Under which now all bar owners will have to do character verification of the employees working here. With this, now bouncers will not be kept in any bar, hotel, restaurant. In such a situation, when you go to the bar, you will not see the bouncers there.

Bouncers will no longer be visible
On April 25, some people went to their office party at the Lost Lemon Bar in Garden Galleria Mall. Where those people had a dispute with the staff of the bar over money. After which this controversy escalated. In which the bouncers and staff of the bar beat Brijesh Rai, a resident of Noida, to death. After which he died in the hospital. After this the police closed the bar in the case and arrested people on the basis of CCTV. After this, the Excise Department, Police Commissioner and District DM Suhas LY have ordered that now bouncers will not be kept in any bar. All the bars have also directed the hotel bar owners to behave politely with the customers and not to be misbehaved in any way. If this is found to happen in any bar of the district, strict action will be taken against that bar.

Give information about the problem to the Excise Department
While giving more information about this decision, District Excise Officer Rakesh Bahadur Singh said that this decision has also been taken in the meeting. If any person creates disorder in any bar or restaurant or if there is a possibility of any incident like assault and fighting, then immediately inform the police and the concerned officers of the Excise Department. Do not attempt to make any bar or restaurant take action on your own. Along with this, the bar owners have also been instructed to submit the photo and Aadhar card of all the employees associated with the bar in two sets on a stamp paper of Rs.100 to the Excise office immediately. So that the character verification of all the employees can be done.
