Do 3 minutes but..

Doctors tell that teeth can be cleaned properly by brushing for 4 minutes every time. But, it is worth noting that we should avoid brushing more than 2 times a day. Soft bristle brush should always be used for cleaning the teeth. This is because it does not harm our teeth and gums. Brushing for 2 to 4 minutes a day can easily remove plaque (a colourless, sticky layer of bacteria) from our teeth and keep our teeth shiny and strong.

Advantages

Gum related diseases do not happen
The risk of oral cancer is reduced
 No cavity in teeth
Plaque problem also ends

Use such toothpaste

Always use such a toothpaste for cleaning the teeth, in which the amount of fluoride is correct. Adult toothpaste should contain 1350 ppm fluoride and toothpaste for children under 6 years of age should contain 1000 ppm fluoride. According to doctors, children aged 3 to 6 years should be given a pea-sized amount of toothpaste for brushing.

This action can weaken your teeth

Keep in mind, do not brush immediately after consuming any acidic food or drink. Because by doing this, the enamel of the teeth becomes weak, due to which the teeth start becoming weak. Actually, there is a thin layer on top of the enamel teeth which acts like a protective shield. Its job is to protect the teeth from any kind of damage.
