Paratha Recipe: Make Rajasthani Churi Masala Paratha very easily, it will taste amazing

Churi Paratha Recipe: With the month of November, winter has started in the country. As winter is progressing. The hunger of people to eat parathas is also increasing. Today we have brought you the recipe of Rajasthan’s famous moong dal choori masala parantha. Whose taste is so wonderful that no one can say no to it.

Ingredients of Moong Churi Paratha 

  • Half cup green moong dal
  • 2 cups wheat flour 
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies  
  • 2 tsp oil 
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves 
  • 1 tsp coriander powder 
  • 1 tsp ginger 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • Half tsp cumin 
  • Half teaspoon turmeric powder 
  • teaspoon garam masala 
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground red chili 
  • a pinch of asafoetida 

Choori Paratha Recipe 

  1. To make Moong Churi Paratha, first of all, take half a cup of green moong dal in a grinder and grind it coarsely. Grind it to such an extent that it remains pulse-rate, do not make powder out of it.
  2. After this take it out in a utensil and wash it two to three times with clean water. Then keep it in hot water to soak for an hour.
  3. After one hour, when the moong dal becomes soft, add 2 cups wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp coriander powder to it.
  4. Then add 2 finely chopped green chilies, half a teaspoon cumin, a pinch of asafoetida, half a teaspoon turmeric powder, a teaspoon garam masala, 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves and oil to this mixture and knead it.
  5. < li style="text-align: justify;"> After kneading the dough, grease your hand with oil and take out the dough and roll it. If the dough is sticking, use dry flour to roll it out with the help of a rolling pin.

  6. After rolling the parantha, bake it by pouring oil on a hot griddle. Churi Masala Paratha is ready.
  7. This paratha can be served with any chutney or pickle.
