Players of India and New Zealand were seen fighting each other in ‘Footvolley’ amid the rain

India vs New Zealand: The first match of the three-match T20 series between India and New Zealand was canceled due to rain. It was already predicted to rain in this match to be held in Wellington. At the same time, during the disturbance of rain, the players of Team India and New Zealand were seen playing footvolley in the stadium. The video of this indoor footvolley played between the two teams has been shared by the BCCI from its Twitter account.

Team India and New Zealand players were seen warming up by playing an indoor game with each other during a rain break in Wellington. Players of both the teams were seen playing football during this time. BCCI has also shared the video of this indoor game of both the teams from its official Twitter account. This video shared by BCCI is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

Toss also not held due to rain
In the first T20 match to be held in Wellington  It started raining even before the toss and due to this the toss delay update was given. In the beginning the rain was slow, but gradually it intensified and then the waiting time kept on increasing. The rain did not stop even after an hour and in the end the umpires decided to call off the match before starting. Cricket fans were very disappointed after this decision of the umpires. After the cancellation of this match, now the next match between the two teams will be played at Bay Oval. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain there too on the day of the match. If it rains on that day too, the fans will be disappointed and the match may get cancelled.
