A person named Salim, who worked as a munsi in the court itself, had written a letter to the District Judge Court threatening to blow up the court with a bomb to implicate his opponent. Rashid, a resident of Daulatpur of Police Station Pura Kalandar area, was having a transaction dispute with Salim. Due to this controversy, Salim, making a high profile case to implicate Rashid, wrote a letter threatening to blow up the court with a bomb and sent it to the District Judge Court by registered post. The registry was also done from the Kachari post office itself, after which the police started investigating the matter from the court itself.
