Police raids 10 places including Srinagar in case of threatening journalists in Kashmir

Kashmir Journalist Threatening Case: The crackdown has started against the accused in the case of threatening journalists in Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir Police has raided 10 places including Srinagar to Anantnag, Kulgam. Kashmir Zone Police itself has shared this information through Twitter.

Actually, in the last few days many journalists have received threatening letters. Describing them as pro-India, a hit list has been prepared in Turkey, whose chief terrorist Mukhtar Baba and 6 of his associates are feared to be there.

According to intelligence, Mukhtar was helped in making this hit list by some journalists and some anti-national forces associated with Kashmir Fight Blog. At the same time, it was also learned that the security agencies handed over the list of 6 journalists to the local agencies who were in constant contact with terrorist Mukhtar. Two of these journalists have been taken into custody by the police and on the basis of their questioning, raids are being conducted at 10 places including Srinagar.
