Rajasthan: Technological support to maintain the quality of mid-day meal, new pilot project started

Pilot Project: Mid-day meal available in government schools of Rajasthan will now be nutritious and delicious. For this, technical support will be taken. Under the important scheme of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, especially digital monitoring will be done and nutrition will be taken care of. The government is now resorting to technology to maintain the quality of mid-day meals served in government schools of Rajasthan.

Distributed Tablets 

Education Minister Dr. BD Kalla distributed tablets to Cook cum Helper working in Mid Day Meal Scheme in a program organized under the joint aegis of Education Department and World Food Program in the education complex in the state. Launched FOSAFMDM app for their training. Dr. Kalla said that through 9 chapters of this app, cook cum helper cooking mid day meal will be trained in government schools.

Speaking on cheating in board exams, Dr. Kalla said that the department is keeping a close watch on the cheaters. A strict law has been made for this. On the transfer policy of teachers, it was said that the transfer policy has been prepared by the department. It will be implemented soon after getting approval from the appropriate level

Eric Knefick of WFP said that the World Food Program, which has been running since 1961, is focused on providing nutritious food to children and preparing mid-day meals in a healthy environment. Kenefic said that the app can also be used by downloading it from Google Play.
