Ingredients for making Raw Mango Panna 

  • 2-3 medium raw mango 
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 100- 150 g sugar&nbsp ;
  • 3 tsp mint leaves 
  • black salt to taste 

Raw Mango Panna Recipe

1- To make raw mango panna, wash the mango and keep it for boiling in a vessel.
2- If you want, you can boil the mango in a cooker or any open vessel.
3- By the way The best way to make raw mango panna is to wash the mangoes and peel them and take out the pulp from the kernels. 
4- Now put this pulp to boil after adding 1-2 cups of water.&nbsp ;
5- When this pulp cools down, put sugar, black salt and mint leaves in the mixer and grind it. 
6- Now add about 1 liter of cold water to this ground pulp.
7- Filter this water and add black pepper, roasted cumin powder to it.
8- Serve the prepared raw mango panna with ice cubes. 
9- &nbsp Serve aam panna garnished with mint leaves.
10- You can keep this aam panna in the fridge and use it for 3-4 days.
