- 1 cup sago
- 2 tbsp curd
- Half a cup of samak rice
- Salt to taste
- Soak sago for 4 hours and samak rice for 30 minutes.
- Take out the batter in a bowl. Make sure that the batter is not too thick. Add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Heat a non stick tava (griddle) on medium flame. Add a few drops of oil, 2 tbsp of water on it and wipe it lightly with a cloth.
- Pour the batter on the pan and spread it in circular motion to make a thin layer.
