  • 1 cup sago
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Half a cup of samak rice
  • Salt to taste 

Recipe

  • Soak sago for 4 hours and samak rice for 30 minutes.
  • Take out the batter in a bowl. Make sure that the batter is not too thick. Add salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Heat a non stick tava (griddle) on medium flame. Add a few drops of oil, 2 tbsp of water on it and wipe it lightly with a cloth.
  • Pour the batter on the pan and spread it in circular motion to make a thin layer.
