SC to hear on Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s petition tomorrow, seeking to stay in a jail outside Delhi

Sukesh Chandrashekhar: The Supreme Court has been requested to transfer the lives of Sukesh Chandrashekhar and his wife, lodged in Tihar Jail on charges of money laundering and duping several people, to a jail outside Delhi due to the alleged threat to their lives. The petition will be heard on Monday. There is a possibility that Center Justice C.T. Ravikumar and Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia to name the jails where Chandrashekhar and his wife Leena Paulo can be shifted.
