Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute, next hearing will be held in Mathura court on February 10

Mathura Court: A hearing was held in the Mathura court on Wednesday in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah case. For this, both the parties appeared before the court at around 11 am at the appointed time. During this, the Sunni Central Waqf Board gave an application to the court. It said that till now it has not received the copies of the claims of the first party. That’s why we should be given a copy of the applications submitted by the Hindu army.

Order to give copies of claims to the Muslim side
While hearing on this, the court ordered the Hindu army to provide copies of all the claims to the Sunni Central Waqf Board. The Hindu army also agreed to this. After this, the court gave the date of February 10 for the next hearing of the case. It may be informed that while hearing the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute case on January 20 last, the court had given the date of January 25 for the next hearing. 

Hearing was to be held on the order of Amin Survey
Giving information about the case, the plaintiff Vishnu Gupta said that the order given regarding the Amin survey was to be heard in the court on Wednesday. . Our demand was that following the orders of the court, Amin should be sent there as soon as possible. To be sent He told that another new objection has been filed in the Muslim side. Its rule should be heard on 7/11. The court has accepted the Muslim side and has given a date of February 10 for hearing on it. There will be a hearing on 7/11 on February 10 and I hope that the court will follow its order and reject the petition of the Muslim side.

Both sides kept their point in the court
Vadi Vishnu Gupta told that the court listened to us along with the prayer letters given in our favor. We argued on the law of the court. On Wednesday too, an application has been received from our side. The application that we had put up on the previous date, first it should be decided what rights they have. Is the trial on mental ability worth pursuing or not? He told that the court heard both the sides carefully from 11 o’clock and Nigam Saheb’s lawyer appeared on behalf of the Muslim Board. Now the court has given the next date of February 10.
