Man kills wife-son with sword
In Jharkhand’s Seraikela-Kharsawan district on Sunday, a man attacked and killed his wife and son with a sword before committing suicide. According to the police, the incident took place in the posh area of the industrial city Adityapur. Police said the bodies of Emmanuel Telera (51), his wife Anima (45) and their 10-year-old son were found lying in a pool of blood at their rented house in the M-Type. Police said that the couple used to quarrel often and this incident seems to be the result of that. He said that investigation is on to ascertain the exact cause of the incident.
Shraddha murder case in West Bengal

Police on Saturday arrested the wife and son of a former Navy personnel in connection with the murder of him in West Bengal. A senior officer of the Baruipur police in South 24 Parganas district has said that the accused claimed that former Navy personnel Ujjwal Chakraborty used to harass them continuously.
According to the police, Chakraborty’s son pushed him on November 12, after which his head hit a chair at his Buraipur home and he fell unconscious. He told that after this the son allegedly strangled him to death. The son is a student of Carpentry/Woodworking in a polytechnic.
Murder in money dispute, dead body kept inside the shop
A man allegedly strangulated a woman to death over a money dispute in Chhattisgarh’s Bilaspur city. The police gave this information on Sunday. Kotwali police station in-charge Pradeep Arya said that the body of the victim Priyanka Singh (24), a resident of Bhilai, was found in a car in Kasturba Nagar area of the city late on Saturday evening. The victim’s body was recovered from the car of accused Ashish Sahu, who owns a medical store in Dayalband area, he said.
The officer told that the victim reached Sahu’s medical store on November 15 and asked for her money back. He told that after a heated argument, the accused strangled the victim with a dupatta. He told that the accused kept the dead body of the victim inside the shop, but foul smell started emanating from the premises. After this, he took the dead body to his locality in his car on Saturday and kept it there. The victim’s family had lodged a missing complaint after she was not contacted for the last few days. Based on the technical analysis of the mobile number of Singh, the police detained Sahu, who confessed to killing him over a money dispute, the official said.
