Kota News: To make the students studying in coaching institutes mentally strong, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Collector OP Weaver to follow the instructions issued by the government. During this, the Collector said that along with giving a better environment to the coaching students, all the coaching and hostel associations should strictly follow the action plan made by the district administration for the provision of nutritious food, home.

Collector directed all coaching and hostel institutions to organize activities towards mental health of children. He suggested to make the attendance of students through face scanner based system instead of card reader, so that every child can be monitored. The District Collector suggested the representatives of all the coaching institutes to organize activities in their respective institutes on one day in a week as sunday-fun-day. In which gym, yoga, various sports activities, musical activities can be included. He told that this can definitely reduce mental stress to some extent.
‘Quality food to the children’
He said that if there are complaints about non-delivery of quality food by the mess operators and increase in the rent in the middle session by the lease holders of the hostels, then such an inquiry should be done. Action will be taken against the people. The Superintendent of Police said that along with education to the students, everyone will have to work together for health and better conduct. For the de-stress of the students, taking corrective steps in hostels, coaching institutes, and giving home-like affinity, work will have to be done in relation to protective arrangements. All the coaching institutes should organize orientation programs for the students before the results of medical and engineering examinations.
Drugs will be curbed in hostel areas
Collector instructed to give information about other services for the students who did not perform well in the examination results. He also directed to keep a monitoring system by giving information to the local police for the prevention of drug and criminal activities in the areas of coaching and hostels. Additional Collector City Brijmohan Bairwa gave detailed information about the guidelines issued earlier by the administration.
